Real estate developers Azizi Developments have developed their first builds within Dubai’s Healthcare City, Azizi Aliyah, further extending their reach across the Middle East.

The Dh470 million project will incorporate 350 complexes, composed of studio apartments, one bed and two bedroom apartments. The apartments will be situated between the iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world and the proposed skyscraper, currently named The Tower, providing iconic views

Due to complete in 2018, the high-end apartments are in close proximity to a number of amenities, with key transportation routes, road, rail and air, luxury communal and retail spaces, parks and gardens, schools, educational and health facilities, in addition to be being a key position to a number of corporate businesses, ideal for investors, business individuals and families alike. The build will also have its own stop at the newly constructed and redesigned Dubai Metro.

Azizi Developments is delighted to announce that we will also be offering flexible payment plans that are affordable enough to suit each individual client: 30% of the payment during construction with 70% upon completion and handover.”

All apartments will incorporate floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum light, creating a light and airy space, with first class materials utilised within their construction, such as marble flooring and first-class expertise to ensure the apartments successfully delivery. The build will also incorporate a basement carpark for over 150 cars in its construction.
