BGIS, a leading Canadian property management firm, has announced that it is set to take on a large portfolio from Carillion’s facilities management business within the UK.
This will see BGIS becoming responsible for the management of a number of buildings including hospitals, schools, justice facilities, transport services and emergency service centres across the UK.

The acquisition is a significant step towards BGIS’ strategy of continuing to expand globally in the aim of becoming a world leader in real estate and facilities management.

The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2018.
