One of the worlds leading carrier-neutrral data center service providers continues to expand its presence in Europe’s biggest data center markets.

CyrusOne announced in a statement this week that it will build two new data centers in both London and Frankfurt. London III will be ready and complete by late 2019 while Frankfurt III has been earmarked for early 2020.

The new sites follow the company’s recent $442mn acquisition of Zenium earlier this year, which saw CyrusOne inherit four ‘best-in-class’ data centers.

CyrusOne’s London III data center will offer approximately 39,500 square feet of world-class data center space with a critical IT load of 9 MW and offer industry-leading energy efficiencies including adiabatic cooling technology and low PUE’s

The Frankfurt III data center will comprise of two connected four-story data centers offering a total of approximately 123,786 square feet of space, providing 22MW and multiple fiber providers providing carrier neutral connectivity.
